All-Russian verification work is one of the types of control of knowledge of secondary school students, as well as assessing the level of education and training. For 2020, large changes are predicted in the CDF. Since the start of the project in 2015, participation in it has been voluntary. Throughout the country, the program had only 10 thousand schools. From the 2019-2020 academic year, VPR will become a mandatory exam for all students in grades 4-11.
Objective
Parents of schoolchildren anxiously await a new kind of work for their children. During the year, students write a lot of control, independent, they increase the load. An extra test of knowledge is stress for modern students. The Rospotrebnadzor assures that this is just testing, which assesses the level of knowledge in individual subjects. This is not an exam, according to the results of which they leave for the second year or completely expel. Reformers of education before this slice of knowledge pose the following tasks:
- analyze the level of education in schools of various forms of education;
- increase the effectiveness of knowledge;
- to control the professional level of teachers;
- identify problems in training programs.

At a meeting on education, the head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare stated that all data on the results of VLR, OGE and the Unified State Examination are entered into a common database accessible to all educational institutions. This allows you to analyze the effectiveness of education in a particular school, and universities - to make a rating of future students.
Schedule VPR 2020
In 2019-2020, the dates when the benchmarks for this type of assessment will be held will be approved in September. The Ministry of Education recommends a general schedule for conducting CDF. Weeks are allocated in it when the control should pass, and the school itself chooses concrete days and submits them for approval to the regional education departments. Such a scheme was tested in 2019, and it was adopted as a basis since 2020.
When scheduling the CDF for the 2019-2020 academic year, teachers should take into account the load of students in this period. Do not recommend setting the control on Monday and Friday. If children have to write works in two or more subjects, the break between them should be at least one day.

From 2020, seven and eight-graders will be required to write verification tests, although last year students of this level passed them in test mode. Based on the results of the inspections, it was decided to make the CDF mandatory for them. As for the younger ones, in 2018 trial tests passed for students of the 2nd grade. The control results in the Ministry of Education are in no hurry to announce, so parents hope that in 2020 there will be no innovations for their children.
What tasks will be
The list of subjects is approved by the Ministry of Education and is consistent with state-approved training programs. Depending on the level of the educational institution, control texts are compiled. The tasks developed for each school are stored in an open material bank.Given the fact that educational institutions themselves establish a schedule for writing works, sets are formed individually. Tasks - the usual control. No tests! A dictation is written in Russian, the second part of the work is a grammar assignment.
Each year, parents and teachers wrote complaints about the fact that the questions contain tasks that do not correspond to the curriculum. For example, in the 5th grade in biology, students were supposed to answer on material that passes over the next two years. In 2020, tests will be reviewed and simplified. As for the tasks for the eleventh graders, taking into account the load before the USE, the Ministry is considering the issue of reducing disciplines for the VPS. Today, in March, in addition to the USE, in March they write geography, history, a foreign language, chemistry, physics and biology. Perhaps some of the disciplines will go to the 10th grade, but no such order was received in September of the new school year.
Criteria for evaluation
Performing assignments, students gain points, which are then transferred to the assessment.
Grade 8 points will be accepted in the first quarter of 2020. In grade 10, geography is graded on a grade 11 grid.
Each school itself determines whether the score on the final control will affect the annual score on the subject or not. There are no recommendations from the Ministry of Education in this regard. This is not an exam, not a translated section of knowledge, just a job that will help improve the quality of education. The results are sent to all schools in August, before the first teachers' council, so that teachers can work out mistakes and draw up a plan for corrective work with students. At the same time, educational institutions will support at the federal level: it is planned to organize courses on the analysis of the results of tests. This will not only improve the quality of training, but also provide an opportunity for teachers to share experiences. A systematic approach to analyzing the results of tests will help to identify shortcomings in the work of a particular school and determine at what level a particular class and a specific student are.
