3. The prepared application is sent by fax or e-mail to the State Kremlin Palace. It will take some time to consider it, after which a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail specified in the contacts.

Price

The price of a ticket for the graduation in the Kremlin in 2020 has not yet been formed. The organizers will inform its participants along with a letter confirming that the application is approved.
