Oriflame company announced the holding of a conference of managers-2020. It will be held in autumn in Turkey - the exact dates will be known in the spring and summer of next year, closer to the start of the event.
Two in one
The organizers of the mega-conference decided on an unprecedented step, deciding to combine the Golden and Management conferences Oriflame and hold them in 2020 in one place - on the Turkish Riviera. The announced duration of the event is 7 days. The program of the first 4 days is designed for managers and gold directors, and the next 3 days - only for participants of the Golden Conference.
Ultra All Inclusive
This is not the first time the administrators of a wellness company have chosen the Turkish Riviera - it attracts with a five-star service provided in the All Inclusive format. The mega-event scheduled for next fall is no exception. Participants will stay in deluxe rooms of the best 5-star hotels with all the infrastructure necessary for a good rest.
Placement of participants in the Oriflame Conference 2020 is declared as Ultra All Inclusive. This format includes a standard package of all inclusive services + additional services:
- Accommodation in a room of the selected category;
- meals according to the "buffet" system (the assortment is expanded, it usually presents different national cuisines and more dishes);
- large selection of desserts;
- snacks throughout the day;
- use of beaches and pools without time limits;
- local alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails in unlimited quantities (often around the clock);
- water sports;
- SPA treatments
- order food in the room;
- daily replenishment of the minibar;
- additional services (excursions, sun loungers, gym, sauna, water park;
- parties with the performance of world-class stars.
The company pays for airfare, hotel stays and usually one sightseeing tour. But participation in a mega-conference is not only a vacation. It is also a job.
Mega Conference Program
The annual meetings organized by Oriflame can be compared with continuing education courses. In the framework of the events daily take place:
- speeches of speakers from among the best representatives of the cosmetic business;
- presentation of new products;
- company news (achievements, plans, prospects);
- training lectures, during which managers receive valuable practical information;
- communication with colleagues and exchange of experience.
After each speech, lecture, presentation, there will be time for informal communication, relaxing on the beach and cultural activities. Representatives of the cosmetic brand send out a detailed program of the event to each participant - usually this happens 2-3 weeks before the start.
How to get to the Mega Conference
To become a participant in the event, you must fulfill all the conditions of the company during the qualification period.
The qualification period for gold directors has already started from catalog No. 5 of 2019 and will last until catalog No. 4 of 2020, inclusive. The gold director who fulfilled the sales plan during the entire qualification period is rewarded with a free trip to the Turkish Riviera.
The qualification conditions for managers are still unknown - the company will announce them from the catalog No. 11 of 2019. Based on past experience, it can be assumed that beginners and experienced employees will be able to participate in a large-scale event if the required conditions are met:
- Personal orders for 150 BB from each catalog in the qualification period.
- Monthly recruitment of two new members to the team.
- Promotion to the next level. Beginners starting from 0-9% need to advance up to 15%, demonstrating the result at least 4 times. Consultants starting at 18% will have to pull themselves up to the level of senior manager and demonstrate the result 3 or more times, as well as attract at least 50 new participants to Oriflame.
Their conditions are set for each level, but the main task of the manager is to improve the previous result, demonstrating stable career growth.
Managerial discount increases in proportion to the increase in sales and the number of people involved.
Diamond Conference
In 2020, Oriflame will hold another conference - a diamond. Invitations to events of this format are received by consultants in the status of a diamond director. They are organized at a very high level, the venue for their implementation is selected especially carefully.
Next year, the event is planned in Los Angeles, a city that lights stars and makes dreams come true. Conference participants will have the opportunity to feel famous for several days - the conference will be held on April 10-15.
