In mid-May 2019, the public saw the new home form of “Milan”, in which the team will play in the 2019/2020 season. The equipment was created by Puma, which has been working with the club for the second season. For the first time, players will enter the field in a new outfit in the last home match of Serie A of season 18/19 against FC Frosinone.
Home form
The new home uniform of Milan 2019/2020 is made in the classical style - red-black flat and white accents. This is Puma’s second work for Italian football giants. It is as classic as the debut design. The main difference is that in the new season the stripes are thinner than in the previous year. Such bands were used in early versions of club equipment. The stripes are located throughout the fabric of the t-shirt, including the back and sleeves. The gate has a round shape and is made in black.
Bright elements on the front of the t-shirt are the sponsor logos and the club emblem. Since 2010, the title sponsor is Fly Emirates. Her name is applied in large white letters in the center of the T-shirt.
Fly Emirates is one of the largest air carriers based in Dubai (UAE).
The technical sponsor of the team is the German manufacturer of sportswear and footwear “Puma”. Before that, the club worked for many years with another German company, Adidas. However, in 2018, the contract was terminated ahead of schedule. The second season has been working with Puma Rossoneri, and so far, designers have been delighting many fans using the traditional look. The logo with the jumping cat is located on the right chest and left sleeve.
On the left, the designers placed the red-black emblem - a shield with the team’s symbols and the coat of arms of the city of Milan. At the bottom of the shield is the club's founding date (1899), and at the top is the abbreviation of its full name (ACM– Associazione Calcio Milan). Above the emblem is the star that the team deserved after the tenth championship title in the late 70s.
On the back of the T-shirt, under the collar, is a small red-black devil. This is one of the nicknames of the team members. Initially, it represented club colors - red, which symbolized the devil, and black - a threat to rivals.
Home-made shorts in white with a red border on the left leg and black on the right. On the left is the image of the logo “Puma”, and on the right is the emblem of the club. Golfs are also white in color with a red and black insert in the center.
Goalkeeper Outfit
The goalkeeper's shirt in the new season will be green. Sleeves have a raglan cut. From shoulder to elbow, they are made in dark green with thin lighter stripes. The gate is made triangular in shape.
The front of the shirt shows sponsor logos and the FC Milan logo in white. They successfully combine with a green background and contrast well on it.
Guest kit
Guest equipment "Rossoneri" is also made in the traditional style, like the home kit. It is completely white with several contrasting elements. On football, there is a wide black stripe on the left shoulder and red on the right.
The logo of the title sponsor is located, as usual, in the center, but the red color is used for the guest suite. The Puma logo is depicted in black.
Third form
The third version of the Milan uniform for the 2019-2020 season has the most modern design. For her, mainly black color was used with an interesting experimental print. The thin red stripes that are located on the front of the T-shirt, with a gray gradient pattern resemble flames. Apparently, the designer wanted to emphasize the devilish nickname "Rossoneri".Additional equipment items are shown in contrast white.
