  1. Dill or other greens of mine. Dry with a paper towel. Finely cut.
  2. Combine cottage cheese and dill. Salt a little bit.
  3. We cut the fish into medium sized cubes.

  5. Put the stuffing on the cucumber slice. We turn into a roll.

  • hard-boiled eggs - 2 pieces
  • greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, spring onions or other) - a small bunch;

  1. We clean the eggs. Cut into cubes.
  2. We cut the fish into small cubes.
  3. Rub Parmesan on a medium grater.
  4. My greens. We are drying. We chop.

  • mushrooms - 150 g;
  • boiled chicken fillet - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • butter - 50 g;

  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • olives, greens - for serving;

  6. In a bowl we combine all the ingredients for a snack.
  7. Salt, add mayonnaise. Mix well.
  8. Leave the mass for 20-30 minutes, and then fill the tartlets. Decorate with herbs and olives.

  • cremcis - 100 g;
  • slightly salted salmon - 100 g;

  1. We cut the bread in triangles.
  2. Cut the tomato / pepper into strips.
  3. We stuff each olive with cheese.
  4. Cut salmon into thin slices. This is more convenient to do if the fish is previously sent to the freezer for half an hour.
  5. Put some cheese, pepper / tomato and olive on the fish slice. Wrap with a roll.
  6. We spread on slices of bread, greased with cheese. Decorate with herbs.

  • boiled beets - 150 g;

  • cheese - 250 g;
  • walnuts - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • dill and green onions;

  2. Grate the cheese and mix with the garlic passed through the press.

  4. Mix all the prepared ingredients. Add mayonnaise.

  6. From the prepared mass we form balls with a diameter of 3-4 cm.
  7. Breaded with nut crumbs.
  8. Spread olives on top and make a “string” of green onion feathers.
  9. Cool for half an hour in the refrigerator and try.

You will need:

  • olives - 20 pcs;
  • boiled carrots - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper mini - 10 pcs.;
  • quail eggs - 10 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l

  1. Cut the carrots into rings 0.5 cm thick. Cut into each triangle. We do not throw them away.
  2. 10 olives (you need to take those that are pitted) are cut in half in length.
  3. Insert the skewer into the carrot circle. We plant a boiled quail egg, a whole olive and pepper on it.
  4. Insert a triangle of carrots inside the olives.
  5. We pierce the egg across with a short skewer and attach one half of the olives on both sides.
  6. On the pepper with mayonnaise, draw fur and a pompom near the cap. You should get penguins, as in the photo above.

  • processed cheese - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;

  7. From the cheese and egg mass we form balls approximately the size of ordinary mandarin.
  8. Bread carrot balls. Give the shape of tangerines. Add basil or laurel leaves and insert a clove star.

An interesting idea: carrots can be replaced with boiled beets / crab sticks / potatoes and all that’s enough for fantasy, and then instead of tangerines you will have Christmas balls

In oranges

You will need:

  • oranges - 3 pcs.;
  • boiled chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • canned peas - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • hard-boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • boiled rice - 50 g;
  • green onion;
  • spice;
  • mayonnaise.

In oranges

Cooking method:

  1. Cut citruses in half. Remove the flesh.
  2. We cut the chicken into cubes or divide into fibers.
  3. Finely cut the eggs.
  4. Grind the cheese.
  5. My bow. We are drying. Finely cut.
  6. Mix all chopped ingredients, peas and rice.
  7. Dress with mayonnaise. Add the spices. Mix.
  8. Put the salad in orange halves. We serve to the table!
