  • poppy - 50 g;
  • cognac or rum - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • dry ginger - ½ tsp.

Cream:

  • sour cream 20% - 350 g;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • cognac, liquor or rum - 3 tbsp. l

Impregnation:

  • water - 150 g;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • cognac or rum - 2 tbsp.

  • Grind carrots in a blender or food processor. You can use a fine grater (for Parmesan), but it will take more time and effort.
  • Grind walnuts with a knife into crumbs. Here you do not need to use a blender, because then nuts will turn into flour.
