Nearby (within walking distance) is a bus stop with which you can reach the center within 15-20 minutes. At 500 meters is the shopping center "Red Square", where a large number of shops, cafes, cinemas and other entertainment are available to visitors.Nearby are hypermarkets and the Yuzhny grocery market. Go to the sea about 2 kilometers.

Another residential complex on Supsekhskoye Shosse (Supsekhskoye Shosse, 4) is a comfort class, which is being built by Gamma. It is a 17-storey building (16 + ground floor) in the shape of the letter "G". On the first floors, the location of commercial premises is planned.
Paradny is located in a busy area, next to the Red Square shopping center. The nearest public transport stops will allow you to go anywhere in Anapa. On the one hand, the arrangement of this region is a big plus, since all the benefits of civilization are available to residents. The construction of the building began at the beginning of 2019, and its completion is planned for the end of 2020 - the beginning of 2021. The price for 1 m2 varies from 58 to 60 thousand rubles.
