The German company introduced the compact X1 of the second generation in 2016. The next year is scheduled to release an updated version.
The crossover is currently undergoing test tests and it can already be noted that the design has received major changes in the front part, which boil down to the use of larger air intakes, smaller headlights, which have become a bit more compact than the front bumper. Changes were also made to the configuration of the side embossing lines, and double tips on the tailpipes appeared in the aft.
There are practically no changes in the interior, and the front-wheel drive transmission has not changed. A wide range of power units of the car with a capacity of 130 to 230 forces has also been preserved. The novelty will receive two versions of the performance, and the initial cost will be 33.90 thousand dollars.
X2
Another compact crossover of the company under the designation X2 at the beginning of 2019 will be replenished with a charged version with the M35i index.

Traditionally dynamic versions of German SUVs are equipped with:

It is officially stated that the new car will receive a degree of autonomy of 3.5 and will be able to overcome up to 500 km on a single charge. They promise to tell more details about the electric motor, which the new product will be equipped with and other technical nuances, closer to the official premiere, which is expected in 2019.
