Plot
Marvel decided to film a series of comics about the race of supermen, known as the Eternal. They appeared about 5 million years ago during the evolutionary process. It is believed that it was then that intelligent life was born on Earth, not without the participation of celestials. As a result of genetic experiments on humans, the Eternal and Deviants appeared - two camps that are at war with each other. The former are called to defend the Planet, the mission of the latter is to destroy. Over time, the Eternal became for the earthlings the likeness of gods and for several millennia they have had a direct impact on the development of human civilization, while not directly contacting people.
The eternal ones are immortal, they are not afraid of either diseases or poison, even the most difficult physical activity is not able to tire them.
The exact scenario is being kept secret. It is only known that the plot of the first film about the “Eternal” will be based on the representative of the Eternal by the name of Cersei, capable of controlling cosmic energy. In addition, the beauty’s list of superpowers includes immortality, invulnerability and the ability to change the molecules of other people and objects.
Filming
Work on the project began last year. In May, Matthew and Ryan Firpo were approved as screenwriters. In September, they decided on the director, Chloe Zhao, known for such films as The Rider, Songs That My Brothers Taught Me, and others became.
Many candidates claimed the role of director of the tape, including Nicole Cassell, Travis Knight and the duet of Christina Gallego and Ciro Guerra.

In March of this year, the network reported that the creators want to invite Angelina Jolie to one of the main roles in the film "Eternal" (Cersei).
