Climate features
The climate of this country, which gained independence after the collapse of Yugoslavia, allows attracting millions of tourists every year. The best weather is observed on the coast, where real summer reigns from May to October. The average temperature in the summer months in the south of the country varies between 25-32 ºС during the day, and at night the thermometer drops to 18-22 ºС. Somewhat colder in the central regions - in the summer there is an average of 22-28 ºС. The water temperature in the Adriatic Sea in April is 22 ºС, so the swimming season in Montenegro starts early. On the beaches you can sunbathe until the end of October.
In the winter months, the flow of travelers decreases markedly as the temperature drops. On average, from November to March, the thermometer in the country is at around 5-15 ºС, rarely dropping to 0 ºС.
